An economist by training Margret has professional experience in macro economic analysis, urban, housing, municipal and agricultural development; in global governance and partnership. Specific skills include analyzing national, regional and local budgets, assessing the suitability and volume of income streams, tax sharing arrangements, appraisal of expenditure programs in line with overarching goals and priorities. She has a solid grasp of housing finance regulations and instruments; she currently exercises governance and oversight functions in international research institutions. Margret spent 30 years at the World Bank. She joined PTF Europe in 2013.
